What Are You Looking For?

Cable Reel JB to Busan

Clients: Germany Government

Catagory: Heavy Weight Transport

2 Units 41 Tons Cable Reel from Johor Bahru, Malaysia to Busan, S. Korea

The Cargo was urgently required to meet a very tight deadline. Our client contacted us to check if we can meet their very tight delivery schedule to meet their end customers request. The normal shipment route would be to load out from either Pasir Gudang (PGD) or Tanjong Pelepas Port (TPP) as the operation and costs will be more efficient and optimum. However, we propose to our client to ship out via Singapore Port even though this may be more costly and takes greater effort in order to meet their tight delivery schedule. Our client agreed to our suggested solution and requested for a formal offer to propose to their end customer. Due to our experienced and good contacts with various carriers, we managed to secure a carrier that was able to meet our clients tight deadline. Our client finally agreed to accept our proposal after some negotiation as the cargo was critically needed. We managed to arrange the transportation of the 2 units from Johor Bahru to Singapore including loading, lashing, securing and Police Escort for direct loading onto the vessel within the same night with our close onsite supervision and smooth communication with all the parties. Our client was very happy with our ability to meet their delivery schedule and will not hesitate to use this shipment route again for any such similar situation in the future. The cargo arrived safely to the final destination on time to great satisfaction and delight of our client’s end customer.
